    Our people will contact you after your signing of the contract to send congratulations to you to be the house owner and meanwhile to understand your evaluation for our sales services.

  • CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

    We will inform you of the construction progress of your “new home” as well as the surrounding amenities through A Letter from Nimble irregularly.

  • CUSTOMER CARING

    We will invite customers to attend activities to promote a culture of peace.

  • HOUSE INSPECTION

    Before key handover, we will examine all aspects of the houses and inspect every house one by one with a view to controlling the construction quality for home owners strictly and enabling a comfortable delivery.

  • HOUSE MAINTENANCE

    In case of any defects found by owners in their every-day lives, we will accept your requests and fulfill our warranty liability under Building Quality Assurance to arrange a maintenance engineer to contact with you within 24 hours and make appointment with your for inspection and maintenance.

  • REQUEST ACCEPTANCE

    If there are any problems in relation to house purchasing (including inquiry, requesting a repair, complaint, suggestion, reporting etc) during house viewing, house selecting, contract signing, delivering and living in, we are willing to listen to you and accept your comments and handle your requests in a quick and easy way.

  • CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

    We will get to know about your feelings in house purchasing, delivering, living and using through telephone calls, home visiting, Wechat Official Account or APP of Nimble Homeland Community in order to improve the product competiveness and service of Nimble Group and make a better life.
